As someone who launched Mindset Consulting as a global firm from the get-go, Dina Mostovaya expressed her fascination with cross-cultural communications, and opened up about some of the toughest challenges that she has faced, including being forced to relocate the company’s headquarters to Madrid. 

When addressing the most promising aspects that can disrupt the communications and PR sector, the global communications and cultural consultant mentioned artificial intelligence, and also, the shifting trends in how customers perceive a brand, and the impact this has on the way companies interact with consumers. 

Last, but not least, Dina recalled some of the most important pieces of advice she has received, including the importance of open, transparent communication, and why we must always keep learning and growing.
