During a 40-minute chat, the participants discussed the gender gap in the venture capital and tech industry, and proposed ways to narrow it.

The panel discussion fostered a productive conversation about the challenges faced by female entrepreneurs when raising funds and developing their businesses. The speakers shared their personal experiences related to the topic, and talked about how women can support each other, the gender biases that exist in the healthcare industry, whether it is possible to ensure that our decisions are unbiased, and how to avoid possible discrimination in AI systems. The panelists also offered their insights on how men and women can work together to bridge the gender gap for a better future.
