The international professional program “Leader as Coach” is the result of the partnership between the European Business Coaching Center and the Baltic Coaching Centre (Latvia). In 2007, the program was accredited as a specialized program on business coaching in management by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Since 2014, the program has been held in partnership with international consulting company EY – general partner of the European Coaching Center – and hosted on its platform.

“I first approached a coach when I was just at the beginning of my career as an independent PR consultant. I was so inspired by the results and the idea of coaching that I decided to take this program,” Dina Mostovaya says. “In fact, I have a clear vision of my career and a strong goal: I want to step things up and become a business consultant. I see how being a coach can help me to do that.”
