The conversation with these highly-esteemed female founders covered startup development all the way from idea creation to execution. During the 30-minute panel discussion titled “More local and not so local heroes,” Irene and Inés shared many priceless insights for founders who wish to be successful in both domestic and international markets. 

Panelists highlighted the factors they considered when deciding where to base their companies, discussed their work with multinational customers and partners, and gave advice on how to build a startup with a global perspective. Last, but not least, Irene and Inés shared the challenges they faced when fundraising and finding talent.

This year, Tech Spirit, organized by the private nonprofit association Tech Barcelona, was held on December 12 and December 13. It brought together more than 140 speakers and 60 content sessions in Llotja de Mar in Barcelona. Mindset Consulting was among the event’s official partners.
