As a moderator at the stage, Dina Mostovaya led a session with Alexander Prot, the founder of the French fintech unicorn Qonto. Alex founded Qonto in 2017 and, within five years, at the beginning of 2022, the all-in-one business account for SMEs and freelancers reached a valuation of $5 billion, setting a new record valuation for a French scale-up.

During a 30-minute chat, the entrepreneur shared many priceless insights for founders who wish to be successful in a similar manner. In his talk, he discussed the challenges he faced on his path and gave valuable advice on how to grow a unicorn. He also spoke about the importance of hiring international talents.

Following that, at the Tech Barcelona stage, Dina Mostovaya had a conversation with Claudia Giraldo, co-founder of CommonSense Finance. Participants of the panel discussed investing in crypto assets in the long run.

This year, Tech Spirit, organized by the private nonprofit association Tech Barcelona, was held on November 30th and December 1st. It brought together more than 140 speakers, 50 content sessions and 9000 registered participants in Llotja de Mar in Barcelona.
